2012年北京市石景山区健康人群麻疹抗体水平监测

目的了解北京市石景山区健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为消除麻疹提供参考。方法采用随机抽样方法,对石景山区244名健康人群进行血标本采集,使用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果麻疹抗体阳性(≥275 IU/L)率为82.79%,平均抗体浓度为1 647.02 IU/L;男女性别间抗体浓度比较差异有统计学意义(F=8.638,P=0.004);有麻疹疫苗接种史者抗体阳性率均在92%以上,其中接种过3～5剂次者,阳性率达到100%。结论石景山区健康人群的麻疹抗体阳性率普遍较高,但个别地区个别年龄组仍有阳性率偏低现象,应在做好常规免疫的基础上,提高麻疹及时接种率,做好一定人群的加强、强化免疫,保护易感人群。

Surveillance of measles antibody level among healthy population in Shijingshan district of Beijing, 2012

Objective To understand the measles antibody level of heahhy population in Shijingshan District, so as to provide scientific strategies for disease elimination. Methods Random sampling method was enrolled in subject selecting. Serological survey was conducted among 244 healthy persons in 2012. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used in measles antibody detection. Results The positive rate of measles antibody was 82.79%. The average concentration of antibody was 1 647.02 IU/L. The antibody levels between different genders showed significant difference （ F = 8. 638, P = 0. 004）. The positive rate of antibody among vaccinated persons was over 92% ,and the rate reached 100% among persons with 3 - 5 doses of vaccines. Conclusion Although the total positive rate of measles antibody was high in the whole population, the levels in some areas and some age groups were still low. Further measures including the improvement of routine and timely vaccination should be taken. The supplementary immunization activities among pre-school scattered children and adults also should be taken into consideration.
