益气养阴汤对气阴两虚型肺癌恶病质患者细胞因子影响的临床研究

目的:观察益气养阴汤对肺癌恶病质气阴两虚型患者血清细胞因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响。方法:非小细胞肺癌恶病质气阴两虚型患者60例随机分成两组,治疗组服用益气养阴汤;对照组服用醋酸甲地孕酮片,疗程均为1月。流式细胞仪检测治疗前后患者血清细胞因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平的变化。结果:益气养阴汤治疗后血清细胞因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显低于治疗前(P0.05),与醋酸甲地孕酮对照组效果相似(P0.05)。结论:益气养阴汤能降低肺癌恶病质气阴两虚证患者血清细胞因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平,改善恶病质状态。

Clinical Research on Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on Cytokines in Cachexia Patients of Lung Cancer with Qi and Yin Deficiency

Objective：To study the effect of Yiqi Yangyin decoction （YQYYD） on cytokines in cancer ca- chexia patients with qi and yin deficiency. Methods： Sixty lung cancer cachexia patients with qi and yin defi- ciency were assigned randomly into two groups. The treatment group（ rr =30） was treated with YQYYD, 1 dose per day; the contrast group（ n = 30） was treated with megestrol acetate tablet（ MA）, 160mg per day. The course lasted one month for both groups. Expression levels of IL - 1, IL - 6, TNF - α before and after treatment were ex- amined by flow cytometry instrument. Results： Serum cytokine IL - 1, IL - 6, TNF - α levels after treatment were significantly lower to be compared with before treatment in the treatment group, （ P 〈 0.05 ）, which was similar to that in the contrast group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Condusion： YQYYD can decrease expression levels of serum IL - 1, IL - 6, TNF -αin lung cancer cachexia with qi and yin deficiency.
