绝经后子宫因359例子宫内膜的临床病理分析

目的：研究绝经后子宫出血病人子宫内膜的病理类型及各类病理类型的相关因素。方法：回顾性分析妇科门诊359例绝经后子宫出血病人的子宫内膜病理资料。结果：绝经后子宫出血的子宫内膜病理类型多样化，其中子宫内膜癌加上子宫内膜癌癌前期病变（子宫内膜不典型增生过长及复杂型增生过长）占16．82％；子宫内膜的病理类型与病人年龄、绝经年龄、绝经时间及怀孕次数有关。结论：绝经后子宫出血病人应予重视，但子宫内膜恶性病变仅为少数；怀孕次数过多是绝经后出血的高危因素。

THE CLINICAL AND PATHOLOGIC ANALYSIS OF ENDOMETRIUMS IN 359 WOMEN WITH POSTMENOPAUSAL UTERINE BLEEDING

Objective:To analyse the endometrium types and their correlating fa ctors in women with postmenopausal uterine bleeding.Methods:The clinical and pathology dates of 359 women with postmenop ausal uterine bleeding were retrospected.Results:The endometrium type in women with postmenopausal bleeding i s diversified.The rate of endometrial cancer and precancer (i.e.atypical hyperpl asia and complex hyperplasia) is 16.82 percent.The pathological type of endcomet rium has the relationship with the woman's age,menopausal age,and pregnant frequ ency.Conclusion:Though we should pay much attention to the patients with postmenopausal uterine bleeding,the malignant change of endometrium is rare.The increasing frequency of pregnancy is of the high risk of postmenopausal uterine bleeding.
