| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）的临床病理特点及免疫组织化学表达特征。方法对61例GIST作了临床病理形态学观察和免疫组化分析，同时观察8例胃肠道平滑肌瘤作对比。结果61例GIST的CD117和CD34阳性率分别为100％和83．6％。8例平滑肌瘤CD117和CD34均为阴性，结蛋白（desmin）和平滑肌肌动蛋白（SMA）均呈弥漫强阳性表达。结论CD117和CD34标记阳性是确定间质瘤最具有诊断价值的依据，但不能作为良恶性判断指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinicopathological and immunohistochemical characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST). Methods Sixty-one patients with GIST were investigated with clinicopatholgical observation and immunohistochemical analysis.Another eight patients with leiomyoma in gastrointestimal tract were observed also. Results Among 61 cases of GIST,the positive rate of CD117 and CD34 was 100% and 83.6% repectively.In 8 cases of leiomy,both CD117 and CD34 were negative in tumor cells,while desmin and SMA were extensively positive. Conclusions CD117 and CD34 positivity are the most valuable factors for diagnosing stromal tumor.But it can not distinguish benign from malignant stromal tumors. |
