| 摘 要： | 目的:调查癌症化疗患者的焦虑相关因素,以进行针对性地护理,提高治疗效果.方法:通过自设问卷,对227例癌症化疗患者进行焦虑相关因素调查分析,同时对不同性别、年龄段、文化程度及疾病情况与患者焦虑的相关关系进行了比较.结果:老年、小学以下文化程度、疾病中晚期、肿瘤在体表、症状较重的患者,焦虑发生率分别高于中青年、中学及大学以上文化程度,及疾病早期、肿瘤在体内、症状较轻的患者(P＜0.01).结论:癌症化疗患者受多种因素的影响,极易出现焦虑等不良情绪,且不同性别、年龄段、文化程度及疾病的患者,其焦虑发生率不同.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate for related factor of anxiety of carcinogenic chemotherapy patients Method:Analyze and investigate over 227 cases chemotherapy patients for anxiety related factors through self-made questionaire,undergo correlation comparation of patients with different sex,age,culture condition disease condition Result:Anxiety incidnce in patients with high age,poor education,late stage of disease and severe symptoms is higher than the contrary(P<0 01) Conclus~ion:Carcinogenic chemotherapy patients can easily suffer from anxiety which can be affected by many factors such as sex,age,education condition and disease itself |
