高能聚焦超声治疗腹盆腔淋巴结转移癌97例分析

摘    要:目的:观察FEP—BY01型肿瘤超声治疗机治疗腹、盆腔淋巴结转移癌的近期疗效。方法:应用FEP—BY01肿瘤超声治疗机治疗腹、盆腔淋巴结转移癌患97例。结果:显有效率(CR)29.9%(29/97);有效率(PR)50.5%(49/97);总有效率80.4%(CR PR);无效率19.6%(19/97).癌性疼痛缓解率77.5%(55/71)。结论:高能聚焦超声治疗中晚期腹、盆腔肿瘤患淋巴结转移癌疗效确切,是中晚期恶性肿瘤局部姑息治疗的一种较好的方法.

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the recent curative efficacy of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU,type FFP-BY01) in cancer patients with lymph nodes metastasis in abdomen or pelvis cavity.Methods:97 patients with lymph nodes metastases in abdomen or pelvis cavity were treated by FEP-BY01.Results:The overall response rate was 80.4%(78/97),including 29.9%(29/97) complete response(CR) and 50.5%(49/97) partial response (PR),The inefficiency rate was 19.6%(19/97).The cancer pain of all patients was relieved in evidence.Conclusion:The HIFU is efficacious for the metastases lymph nodes in the advanced abdomen or pelvis cavity.This is a new,applied method.
