大黄对肾综合征出血热患者胃肠功能保护作用的疗效观察

目的：探讨大黄对肾综合征出血热（HFRS）患者胃肠功能的保护作用。方法：78例HPRS患者随机分为2组进行治疗。预防组在常规组西药常规治疗基础上服用大黄浸液。观察2组患者胃肠黏膜出血、中毒性肠麻痹和多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）的发生率和大黄治疗胃肠功能衰竭的疗效。结果：常规组胃肠黏膜出血发生率（42．1％）、中毒性肠麻痹发生率（31．6％）和MODS发生率（21．1％）均明显高于预防组（P＜0．05或P＜0．01）。大黄对常规组胃肠黏膜出血治疗的有效率达62．5％，对中毒性肠麻痹治疗的有效率达66．7％。结论：大黄能预防和治疗HFRS患者的胃肠功能衰竭。

Observation on protective effects of rhubarb on gastrointestinal functions in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome

Objective:To explore the protective effects of rhubarb on gastrointestinal functions in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS).Methods:Seventyeight patients with HFRS were randomly divided into two groups.The routine group was treated with western medicine alone but the prevention group treated based on the same therapy as routine group with rhubarb soak.The accurance rates of gastrointestinal mucosa hemorrhage,toxic enteroparalysis,and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) were observed,meanwhile the curative effects of rhubarb on gastrointestinal functional failure were observed.Results:The occurance rates of hemorrhage of gastrointestinal mucosa,toxic enteroparalysis and MODS in routine group were 42 1%,31 6%,and 21 1% respectively and they were significantly higher than those in prevention group ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).The effective rate of rhubarb for hemorrhage of gastrointestinal mucosa was 62 5% and for toxic enteroparalysis was 66 7% respectively.Conclusions:Rhubarb can prevent and treat gastrointestinal functional failure in patients with HFRS.
