1987～2002年上海市国有企业尘肺新发病例分析

目的对1987年1月至2002年12月上海市确诊的国有企业尘肺病例进行分析,为防治尘肺提供依据。方法收集自1987年1月至2002年12月上海市尘肺病例的资料。资料按年份、工业系统分类。统计16年尘肺病例数,各工业系统尘肺病例数及其构成比(%);各类尘肺病例数和尘肺平均发病年龄及工龄和尘肺检出率。结果在16年期间上海国有企业尘肺新发病例数1 218例(占全市的81.85%),其中冶金业26.85%、机械业27.18%、轻工业9.52%、建材业9.11%、造船业7.22%和化工业6.81%。各类尘肺新发病例数以矽肺为首,石棉肺、铸工尘肺和电焊工尘肺次之。结论上海市国有企业尘肺新发病例仍不断发生,国有企业防尘不可松懈。

Analysis on the pneumoconiosis cases in the state-owned business enterprise in Shanghai diagnosed from 1987 to 2002

Objective To analyze the pneumoconiosis cases in the state-owned business enterprise in Shanghai from January 1987 to December 2002,and to provide data for prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis.Methods The data of pneumoconiosis cases in Shanghai from that period was collected and classified by age and industry type.The total cases of pneumoconiosis,the number of the cases and the component ratio(%) in each industry type,the cases of different type of pneumoconiosis,with the average age of the illness and the average age of exposure to dust and the rate of pneumoconiosis checking out were calculated.Result Cases of pneumoconiosis in state-owned business enterprise were counted 1 218(81.85% of the total cases Shanghai),among them metallurgy industry,machinery industry,light industry,construction material industry,shipbuilding chemical industry counted 26.85%,27.18%,9.52%,9.11%,7.22 % and 6.81%,respectively.The cases of silicosis were ranking the first,with asbestosis,founder pneumoconiosis and welder pneumoconiosis followed.Conclusion The cases of newly found pneumoconiosis still often occur in state-owned business enterprise in Shanghai.Measures to prevent pneumoconiosis still need to be strengthened.
