高度近视患者LASIK术前预防性光凝的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察高度近视患者LASIK术前对周边视网膜变性和裂孔进行预防性氩离子激光光凝的疗效.方法LASIK术前对高度近视患者常规行直接眼底镜、三面镜和间接眼底镜配合巩膜压迫法检查,对明确有周边视网膜变性或伴干性裂孔的42例(45只眼)进行了氩离子激光光凝治疗.结果接受氩离子激光光凝术42例(45只眼)高度近视患者周边视网膜变性及干性裂孔区封闭良好,色素斑形成明显.LASIK术后6个月随访,术前行氩离子激光光凝的患者视网膜情况稳定,未发生裂孔源性视网膜脱离.结论LASIK术前对明确有视网膜变性或伴干性裂孔的高度近视患者预防性行氩离子激光光凝治疗的疗效确切,是预防LASIK术后出现裂孔源性视网膜脱离的重要措施.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of argon laser photocoagulation before LASIK operation on the high myopia with peripheral retinal degeneration or hole METHODS By direct ophthalmoscope,Goldmann three mirror contact lens and indirect ophthalmoscope with scleral depress examination,45 eyes of 42 patients with high myopia were detect with peripheral retinal degeneration or retinal hole,and they were treated with argon laser photocoagulation before LASIK operation RESULTS The retinal condition of 45 eyes of 42 patients with high myopia was stable after LASIK operation by followed up 6 months CONCLUSION Effect of argon laser photocoagulation before LASIK operation on the high myopia with peripheral retinal degeneration or hole is confirmed It is an important method to prevent retinal detachment after LASIK operation
