| 摘 要： | 目的观察等比重左旋布比卡因腰麻在侧卧位调整麻醉平面用于急诊剖宫产术的麻醉效果。方法选择ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉下行急诊剖宫产术的患者60例，随机分为等比重（E）组和重比重（H）组。分别蛛网膜下腔注射0．5％等比重左旋布比卡因和重比重左旋布比卡因2ml，观察麻醉起效时间、运动和感觉阻滞维持时间、新生儿Apgar评分和麻醉并发症。结果两组麻醉的起效时间、感觉和运动阻滞有关参数的比较差异无显著意义（P〉0．05），血压下降、恶心呕吐、心动过缓均有显著性差异（P〈0．05），E组麻黄素用量（2．95±1．46）mg显著低于H组（9．21±3．42）mg（P〈0．05）。结论等比重左旋布卡因腰麻在侧卧位调整麻醉平面用于急诊剖宫产术的麻醉与重比重左旋布比卡因效果相当，麻醉并发症更少，麻醉更安全。
