成人急性B淋巴细胞白血病免疫表型特征研究

目的：探讨干／祖细胞标志CD34和髓系相关抗原在B－ALL中的表达特征。方法：采用一组系列相关单克隆抗体和流式细胞术对108例成人急性B淋巴细胞白血病（B－ALL）进行免疫表型分析。结果：108例B－ALL，均表达CD10、CD19或CD22。CD34＋前B淋巴细胞白血病在所有成人B－ALL中占77．8％。My B-ALL在所有成人B－ALL中占32．4％。髓系抗原表达在CD34＋B－ALL与CD34－B-ALL两者之间差异显著（P＜0．001）。CD34表达在My B-ALL与My-B-ALL两者之间差异显著（P＜0．002）。结论：成人My B-ALL起源早于My-B-ALL，主要来源于造血干／祖细胞的恶性转化。

Immunophenotypic Features of Adult B-lymphoblastic Leukemia

Objective To explore the features of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell marker CD34 and myeloid-associ ated antigen(My) expression in acute B-lymphoblastic leukemia(B-ALL) in adults. Methods Immunophenotyping was performed by a panel of lineage-associated monoclonal antibodies,CD34,immunofluorescence technique and flow cytometry in 108 patients with B-ALL.Results CD10,CD19 or CD22 were expressed in all 108 B-ALL,and CD34,My were expressed in 77.8% and 32.4% respectively of 108 B-ALL patients. My expression was significantly higher in CD34+ than in CD34- B-ALL ( P <0.001),and CD34 expression was higher in My+ than My- B-ALL ( P <0.002). Conclusion Adult My+B-ALL malignant transformation occurs earlier than My-B-ALL and is derived from hematopoietic stem/progenotor cells.
