胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT和MRI诊断

目的:探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT、MRI表现特征。方法:回顾性分析10例经手术病理证实的胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的临床特征及CT、MRI表现。结果:10例患者中,1例为15岁男性,其余多为年轻女性,无黄疸。10例CT均表现为胰腺巨大的囊实性肿块,其中2例肿块内可见钙化;5例肿块在T1WI、T2WI上呈高低混杂信号,增强后肿块实性成分均明显强化,囊变坏死区无强化。结论:胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT、MRI表现较具特征性,结合临床资料可在术前作出诊断。

CT and MRI Diagnosis of Solid-pseudopapillary Tumor of Pancreas

Objective:To investigate the CT and MR imaging manifestations of solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas(SPTP).Methods:The findings of CT and MR imaging in 10 cases with surgery and pathology proved SPTP were reviewed retrospectively.Results:Of the 10 patients,only one patient was a 15 years old male,the others were young women.All of the patients didn't have jaundice.Tumors presented as huge,solid-cystic masses on CT.Calification could be seen within the mass in 2 cases.Lesions showed mixed signal intensities on MR T1W and T2W images.After contrast administration,the solid part of tumor enhanced while the cystic part didn't.Conclusion:There were characteristic CT and MRI findings of SPTP,as long as the image findings in consistent with patient's clinical symptoms,the diagnosis of SPTP should be considered before surgery.
