肺鳞癌及癌前病变的核仁组成区嗜银蛋白测定分析

AgNOR IN TRANSFORMATION OF NORMAL EPITHELIUM INTO BRONCHOGENIC SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA

Using a silver staining technique,nuclenlar organ izer region-asso-ciated proteins(AgNOR)have been studied in paraffin sections of the bronchial mucous-samples by bronchosetopic biopsy which reflect a series of events in squamous metapla-stic bronchial epithelium eventually resulting in invasive bronchogenic carcinoma. Theresults of the present study showed that there were changes of AgNOR granules withinthe nucleus not only in number but also in pattern during the process of the carcinoge-nesis, and there was a very good linear correlation between the histological grade andAgNOR granules in number and in pattern,The measurement of AgNOR granules wit-hin the nucleus is useful for the diagnosis of precancerous lesions of bronchogenic squa-mous cell carinoma and itS prognosis.
