苦瓜素大豆异黄酮及其复合物对高脂大鼠血脂和血浆一氧化氮的影响

摘    要:目的探讨苦瓜素、大豆异黄酮及其复合物对高脂大鼠脂代谢和血浆一氧化氮的影响.方法选择健康大鼠50只,随机分为5组,每组10只,雌雄各半,单笼饲养,分别用普通饲料、高脂饲料、苦瓜素、大豆异黄酮及苦瓜大豆异黄酮复合物干预8周,测定血脂含量及一氧化氮.结果苦瓜素、大豆异黄酮及苦瓜大豆异黄酮复合物对高脂大鼠饲喂8周后,MF、SF、MSF的TC、TG、VLDL、LDL明显低于高脂饲料组(P<0.05),HDL明显高于HFF(P<0.05);MF、SF、MSF的NO明显高于HFF(P<0.05).结论苦瓜素、大豆异黄酮均有降血脂和改善血管内皮功能的作用,这对促进机体脂质代谢,预防高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化具有重要意义.

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of memordica charantia L, soybean isoflavone and their combination on lipid metabolism and serum level of nitric oxide (NO) in experimental hyperlipidemia in rats. Methods Fifty adult wistar rats, 25 male and 25 female, were divided into 5 groups and each group consisted of 10 rats. They were kept in isolated cages and fed with regular forage, hyperlipid forage, momordica charantia L forage, soybean isoflavone forage and compound forage of momordica charantia L and soybean isoflavone respectively in 8 weeks. Blood level of lipids and serum level of NO were determined in all the rats of 5 groups. Results After 8 weeks of feeding with different kinds of forages, it was found that the level of serum TC, TG, VLDL, and LDL was significantly lower in the rats of the momordica charantia L group, soybean isoflavone group and compound forage group than in those rats of the hyperlipid group (P<0.05) and the level of plasma HDL and NO was significantly lower in the former than in the latter (P<0.05). Conclusion It is confirmed in our study that memordica charantia L and soybean isoflavone are capable to decrease the blood level of lipid and improve the function of vascular endothelium which can promote lipid metabolism and prevent hyperlipemia and arteriosclerosis.
