高龄肾癌患者手术治疗的危险因素分析及防治

目的探讨高龄肾癌患者手术治疗的危险因素及防治。方法回顾性分析1993年1月至2005年12月间我院130例高龄肾癌患者的临床资料。结果高龄肾癌手术病例数呈逐年增加趋势。术前合并症多(61.5%),术后并发症发生率高(39.2%),以肺部感染发生率最高(20.0%)。围手术期死亡率1.5%。结论术前认真诊疗各种合并症,加强术中监测与管理,及时处理术中、术后并发症,特别重视预防和控制呼吸道感染,是提高高龄肾癌患者手术效果和围手术期安全性的保证。

The analysis of perioperative risk factors of renal carcinoma in aged patients and the management

Purpose To evaluate of the effect and safety after renal tumor excision in the aged people as well as the character and management during the peri-operation.Methods Clinical data suffered from renal tumor in the aged people from Jan.1993 to Dec.2004 were reviewed.Results The number of renal tumor excision was increasing in recent years.The complication,before and after operation,was 61.5% and 39.2%,respectively.Infection in lung was the most common.The infective rate was 20.0%.Death rate was 1.5% during peri-operation.Conclusions It is important to cure various complications,strengthen the monitoring and supervising,and deal with complication after operation in time,especially to prevent and control the infection in respiratory tract.
