高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒继发症16例分析

本文统计了急性一氧化碳中毒（ＡＣＯＰ）患者１８８例，其中发生继发症（ＣＯＦＭ）者１６例（患病率为９．１４％）。经高压氧（ＨＢＤ）辅助治疗后总效率达１００％，治愈率达７５％提示治愈率高，病残率低，同时对疗效年龄、类型、ＣＯ接触时间、昏迷时间进行了探讨。

ANALYSIS OF 16 CASES CARBON MONOXIDE TOXICOSIS COMPLICATION TREATED BY HIGH BAROMETRIC PRESSURE OXYGEN

The 198 cases of Acop were counted,in which COFM 16 cases (incidence of it was 11. 38%). The efficacious treating by HBO achieved 100%. The result showed that the cure rate was high and sequelae was low. We have also inquired into the relations between curative effect and age, type, the time of contact CO, unconsciousness time.
