| 摘 要： | 目的探讨盲样中挥发酚测定的有效途径。方法直接取样采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法、4-氨基安替比林(4-AAP)光度法和萃取光度法测定,质控盲样中挥发酚量,测定结果进行比较。结果HPLC法、直接光度法与萃取光度法测定结果之间差异无统计学意义。结论建议用HPLC法预测样品浓度,再用直接光度法测定,减少萃取的繁琐步骤,同时避免分液漏斗滴漏造成的实验失败。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To explore an effective way of determining volatile phenol in the quality control samples.[Methods]HPLC,4-AAP spectrophotometry and extraction spectrophotometry were used to determine the sample concentration.
