摘    要:目的探讨经皮微创接骨板内固定术(MIPO)治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法以肱骨近端骨折为例,选取我院2013年6月至2014年2月获得随访的80例肱骨近端骨折的患者为研究对象,其中30例采用MIPO治疗(MIPO组),50例采用切开复位内固定术治疗(切开组),比较两组的治疗效果。结果 MIPO组与切开组的手术时间、术后6个月的疼痛评分、肩关节功能、骨折愈合时间以及术后并发症无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MIPO组的手术时间短于切开组,术中出血量少于切开组,术后1周的疼痛评分低于切开组,术后3个月的肩关节功能好于切开组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MIPO治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效满意,而且创伤性小,并发症少,优于传统手术。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation (MIPO) in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods 80 cases of proximal humeral fractures in our hospital from June 2013 to February 2014 were selected as the research object, and 30 cases were treated by MIPO(MIPO group), 50 cases were treated by open reduction and inter-nal fixation (OR group), and the two groups were compared of the treatment effect. Results The operation time, postoperative pain score, shoulder joint function, fracture healing time and postoperative complications after 6 months between MIPO group and OR group were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The operation time of MIPO group was shorter than that in the OR group, the bleed-ing volume was less than that in the OR group, the pain score after 1 week was lower than that in the OR group, and the shoulder joint function after 3 months was better than that in the open group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of MIPO in the treatment of prox-imal humeral fractures was satisfactory, and less traumatic, less complications;It is better than the traditional surgery.
