彩色多普勒超声心动图与手术对室缺定位、大小、分流宽度定量的对比研究

目的：评价超声心动图对空间隔缺损（VSD）定位，大小，分流，宽度，定量测量的准确性。方法：运用彩超对67例室缺进行定位及测量大小，并与手术结果进行对照。结果：超声定位与手术安全符合占65．6％，与手术定位邻近占25．3％，超声对嵴下型室缺大小与手术测值误差小（P＞0．05）。对嵴上型则存在差异（P＜0．05）。结论：彩超对室缺定位，大小，定量具有一定的准确性。

A Comparison between Color Doppler Echocardiographic and Operation Findings of the Location, Size and bypass Width of Ventricular Septal Defect

Objective: Evaluation of echocardiographic determination of the location,size and bypass width of ventricular septal defect (VSD). Methods: Used color doppler echocardiography to determine the location and size of ventricular septal defect (VSD) and compared the results with those obtained from surgical operation in 67 patients. Result: The location of defects found on echocardiography was 65.6% completely according with that found in operation and 25.3% approximate to that found in operation. There was no significant difference in the size of infracristal VSD between the two findings (P>0.05), but significant difference of the supracristal type (P<0.05). Conclusion: There is a certain degree of accuracy using color doppler echocardiography in determination of the location,size and blood flow of VSD.
