MR增强后FLAIR序列对脑膜病变诊断价值

摘    要:目的分析增强后液体衰减反转恢复(FLAIR)序列对脑膜病变的显示。方法脑膜病变26例,除MR检查常规平扫和增强外,在增强后加扫FLAIR,图像由3位有经验的放射科医师评估。结果增强后FLAIR对邻近脑实质、神经和脑脊液的强化较敏感,而且可克服常规T1WI增强血管强化易与病变混淆的缺点。结论增强后FLAIR是增强后T1WI的有效补充,联合使用能提高脑膜病变诊断的准确性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the contrast-enhanced fluid attenuated inversion recovery sequence in the diagnosis of meningeal lesions.Methods Twenty-six patients with confirmed meningeal lesions underwent MR examinations.In addition to routine and contrast-enhanced scans,FLAIR sequence was performed after contrast administration.The images were reviewed by three experienced radiologists.Results Postcontrast FLAIR was sensitive to the enhancement of adjacent parenchyma,intracranial nerves and cerebrospinal fluid.The pitfalls of postcontrast T1WI that enhancement of the meningeal vessels intend to confuse with the lesions could be overcome on the postcontrast FLAIR images.Conclusion Postcontrast FLAIR is an effective complement to postcontrast T1WI.The diagnostic accuracy of meningeal lesions can be improved by combining postcontrast T1WI and FLAIR sequences.
