我院抗肿瘤药物不良反应报告分析

目的：了解我院抗肿瘤药物不良反应（ADR）发生的特点及规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法：收集我院2006年2月～2010年8月上报的涉及抗肿瘤药物的137例ADR报告,分别从患者的性别与年龄、药物类别、所累及器官或系统及临床表现等进行统计、分析。结果：137例ADR中,男性80例,女性57例;40岁以上中老年患者较多,占84.67%;涉及抗肿瘤药物6大类、27种,中成药的ADR发生频率排首位;皮肤及其附件损害最为常见,占56.93%。结论：应加强抗肿瘤药物ADR的监测工作,做好相应的防治工作,以保证用药安全。

Analysis on ADR case reports of antineoplastic drugs in our hospital

Objective：To investigate the laws and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR） of antineoplastic drugs occurred in our hospital and to provide references for safe use of antineoplastic drugs clinically.Methods：137 cases with ADR of antineoplastic drugs were collected from February 2006 to August 2010 in our hospital.Patients＇ age and sex,kinds of drugs,ADR-involved organs or systems and clinical manifestations were analyzed.Results：In all of the 137 ADR cases,80 were male and 57 were female.The incidence of ADR occurred in the patients older than 40 was 84.67%.Six categories（27 kinds） of drugs were involved.The incidence of ADR of Chinese traditional medicine was the highest.The damage to skin and appendant was 56.93%.Conclusion：Monitoring of ADR of antineoplastic drugs should be strengthened and preparing the prevention and treatments for ADR in order to ensure the safety of drug usage.
