摘    要:本文通过对112例髋假体柄五种不同固定方法的临床及X线系统观察、分析,以假体柄松动、下沉常见的X线征象为依据,探讨各种固定方法的生物力学变化。指出了非骨水泥假体柄松动、下沉及并发症的力学原因和解剖基础。同时对骨水泥或复合骨水泥取得满意疗效的生物力学基础进行了全面的讨论,为临床应用提供依据。

Abstract:Five fixation methods of hip prosthesis in 112 patients were observed and analysed by clinical and x-ray film (general x-ray signs of the prosthesis loosening and subsidence is stated. Biomechanical changes of different fixation of the prosthesis were studied. The studies revealed that loosening and subsidence of uncement prosthesis based on anatomy and mechanics. We discussed the biomechanics of bone-cement or compound bone-cement (CBC) ,at the same time < to provide & solid basis for the clinical use.
