| 摘 要： | 目的观察扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者血清氨基末端脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)与C反应蛋白(CRP)的相关性。方法选择2009年6月至2010年5月在该科住院的DCM患者32例,观察NT-proBNP与CRP、心功能、射血分数等的相关性。结果 NT-proBNP与CRP(P=0.003)、心功能(P=0.022)显著相关,NT-proBNP与射血分数(P=0.141)、CRP与射血分数(P=0.059)无显著相关性。结论 NT-proBNP与心力衰竭严重程度有关,并可能提示患者预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in the patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods 32 inpatients with DCM in this department from June 2009 to May 2010 were selected.The relationship between NT-proBNP with CRP,the heart function and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were observed.Results There was significant relationship between serum NT-proBNP with CRP(P=0.003) and heart function(P=0.022).There was no significant correlation between NT-proBNP with LVEF(P=0.141) and CRP(P=0.059).Conclusion NT-proBNP is related with the severity of heart failure and could imply the prognosis. |
