奈达铂联合5-FU同期调强放疗治疗鼻咽癌的疗效分析

目的探讨以奈达铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)同期逆向调强放疗(IMRT)治疗鼻咽癌的疗效及不良反应。方法回顾性分析2007年8月至2009年1月在该院初治的30例鼻咽癌患者的临床资料,了解以奈达铂联合5-FU同期IMRT的效果。结果鼻咽原发灶完全缓解(CR)73.3%、部分缓解(PR)26.7%、CR+PR为100.0%;颈部淋巴结CR 86.7%、PR 13.3%、CR+PR为100.0%。2年总生存率93%,局控率93%。不良反应中消化道3级1例(3.3%);白细胞3级2例(6.7%)、4级1例(3.3%);口腔黏膜3级10例(33.3%);血小板、皮肤无3级及以上的不良反应。结论采用奈达铂联合5-FU同期IMRT疗效好,且患者顺应性强。

Effective analysis on nedaplatin plus 5- FU combined with synchronous intensity modulated radiation therapy in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions of nedaplatin(NDP) plus fluorouracil(5-FU) combined with synchronous intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT).Methods The clinical data in 30 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma initially treated in our hospital from August 2007 to January 2009 were retrospectively analyzed for determining the curative effects of NDP plus 5-FU combined with synchronous IMRT.Results The nasopharyngeal primary focus obtained complete remission(CR,73.3%),partial remission(PR,26.7%) and CR+PR(100.0%).The cervical lymph nodes got CR(86.7%),PR(13.3%) and CR+PR(100.0%).The 2-year overall survival and the local control rate all were 93%.Among adverse reactions,gastrointestinal tract grade 3 was in 1 case(3.3%),leukocyte grade 3 in 2 cases(6.7%),leukocyte grade 4 in 1 case(3.3%),oral mucosa grade 3 in 10 cases(33.3%),without platelet and skin adverse reactions grade 3 and above.Conclusion NDP plus 5-FU combined with synchronous IMRT has good effects with strong compliance of patient.
