关节镜辅助下内侧髌股韧带重建治疗复发性髌骨脱位

目的探讨关节镜辅助下内侧髌股韧带(MPFL)重建治疗复发性髌骨脱位的方法和临床疗效。方法将2008年7月至2010年9月该院收治的复发性髌骨脱位13例患者,全部采用关节镜辅助下自体半腱肌腱移植重建MPFL,术前、术后1年按照Lysholm评分评价膝关节功能。结果所有患者均获随访,随访时间1.1～3.2年,平均1.7年,均无髌骨再脱位发生及关节活动度受限。Lysholm评分术前平均为(73.5±4.7)分,术后1年平均为(94.7±4.5)分,移植前、后Lysholm评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用关节镜辅助下MPFL重建,操作简单、微创、髌骨稳定性好,是治疗复发性髌骨脱位的有效方法。

Medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction assisted by arthroscopy for treatment of recurrent patellar dislocations

Objective To evaluate the method and clinical effects of medial patellofemoral ligament(MPFL) reconstruction assisted by arthroscopy for the treatment of recurrent patellar dislocations.Methods From July 2008 to September 2010,13 patients with recurrent patellar dislocation were included and took MPFL reconstruction by arthroscopic-assisted autogenous semitendinosus tendon graft.The knee joint function was evaluated by the Lysholm scores before operation and in postoperative 1 year.Results All patients were followed up for 1.1-3.2 years(average 1.7 years) without redislocation of the patella or restricted joint activity.The Lysholm scores were 73.5±4.7 before operation and 94.7±4.5 in postoperative 1 year,showing statistical difference between before and after operation(P<0.01).Conclusion MPFL reconstruction assisted by arthroscopy is an effective method to treat recurrent patellar dislocations with the advantages of simple operating,minimally invasion and good patella stability.
