2012年江西省小学生贫血状况分析

目的了解江西省小学生贫血患病现况,为儿童贫血的防治工作提供科学依据。方法按《2012年全国体质健康状况调查研究工作手册》要求对江西省辖区内小学生通过分层整群抽样随机抽取1419名城乡小学生进行血红蛋白检测。结果学生总体贫血率为24.38%,其中83.24%为边缘性贫血。农村学生贫血率（35.20%）高于城市学生（14.93%,χ2=76.99,P〈0.001）;男生贫血率为22.80%,女生贫血率为26.40%,差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.77,P=0.183）;边缘性贫血比例随着年龄增长而增大。结论江西省小学生总体贫血率患病率较高,应通过在日常膳食中补充一定的铁来降低这部分人群患贫血的风险。

Prevalence of anemia among primary school students in Jiangxi Province, 2012

Objective To investigate the status of anemia among primary school students in Jiangxi Province and provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of anemia among children. Methods According to The National Physi- cal Health Survey in 2010 Handbook, 1419 urban and rural primary school students were selected by stratified cluster sam- pling method in Jiangxi Province, and hemoglobin concentration was examined. Results Overall anemia prevalence was 24. 38%, of that 83.24% was marginal anemia. The rural students＇ anemia rate （35.20%） was higher than that of urban students （ 14. 93%, ~2 = 76. 99, P 〈 0. 001 ）. There was no statistically significant difference between boys （22. 80% ） and girls （ 26. 40% ） in anemia rate （ X2 = I. 77, P = 0. 183 ）. Marginal anemia prevalence was increased with age. Conclusion Prevalence of anemia was at higher level among primary school students in Jiangxi Province. These students should increase intaking of dietary iron to reduce the risk of anemia.
