锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折

目的评价伤后I期切开复位锁定钢板螺钉内固定治疗胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法I期切开复位、使用锁定钢板内固定方法治疗57例胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折患者，评价其临床治疗效果。结果随访6个月～3年（平均18个月），全部病例无术后切口感染、肢体短缩及骨筋膜间室综合征等并发症发生，骨折愈合100％，患肢功能恢复满意，优良率98．7％。结论I期切开复位锁定钢板内固定是胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折切实可行的治疗方法，其最大优点是早期恢复患肢功能，避免骨筋膜间室综合征的发生。

Locking Plate Internal Fixation for Comminuted Fracture of Tibia and Fibula Lower Segment

Objective To evaluate the therapy efficacy of locking plate internal fixation for comminuted fracture of tibia and fibula lower segment. Methods We used locking plate internal fixation for 57 cases of comminuted fracture of tibia and fibula lower segment and evaluat- ed its therapy efficacy. Results 6 months to 3 years（average 18 months） of follow-up showed all patients had no postoperative wound infection,limb shortening and bone compartment syndrome and other complications,with fracture healing 100%,limb function recovery satisfaction and excellent rate of 98.7%. Conclusion Locking plate internal fixation is a practical treatment for comminuted fracture of tibia and fibula lower segment with its biggest advantage of early resumption of limb function and avoidance of compartment syndrome.
