| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肾上腺素在经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoemboliza-tion,TACE)治疗中晚期肝癌中的应用价值.方法:144例中晚期肝癌患者随机分成2组,治疗组72例,在灌注化疗药物及碘油乳剂前推注小剂量肾上腺素;对照组72例,常规行经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术,2组所用化疗药物及超液态碘油基本相同.结果:治疗组有效率为61.11%,对照组为36.11%,治疗前后肝肿瘤的变化、术后肝功能变化及对生活质量的影响2组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:小剂量肾上腺素经导管灌注可显著减少TACE术后肝功能损害.
