睾丸旁胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤1例报告并文献复习

目的:提高睾丸旁横纹肌肉瘤诊断与治疗水平。方法:回顾分析收治的1例睾丸旁胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤患者的临床资料,结合文献复习进行讨论。结果:本例患者行经腹股沟睾丸根治性切除术,病灶直径2.5cm,病理检查证实为睾丸旁胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤。术后采用2个疗程辅助放疗,随访6个月,现无瘤生存。结论:睾丸旁横纹肌肉瘤是罕见的男性生殖系统恶性肿瘤,病理上胚胎型最为常见,早期患者应进行原发灶根治性切除和腹膜后淋巴结清扫。

Paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma: a case report and review of the literature

Abstract Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma Methods A case of paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma was treated in our depertment.The clinical date of the disease were discussed and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results The patient underwent radical orchiectomy,and the diameter of the resected masses ranged about 2.5 cm.Pathological examination reverled embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma. 2 cycles of radical thereapy was administered after operation.During 6 months,the patient was alive with no toma. Conculusions paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma is a rare genital malignancy in men..the most common histologic subtype is embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma. Total resection of primary lesions and retroperitioneal lymph nodes shoud be performed in patients with early clinical stage.
