四氢小檗红碱的化学拆分研究

摘    要:目的:通过化学拆分法获得四氢小檗红碱的2种光学异构体。方法:以盐酸小檗碱为原料制备(±)-四氢小檗红碱,以(+)-二对甲苯甲酰酒石酸为拆分剂在95%乙醇中对其进行拆分。结果:拆分所得的2种四氢小檗红碱异构体旋光值与文献报道一致。结论:通过化学拆分法成功获得了(+)-和(-)-四氢小檗红碱。

Abstract:Objective: To obtain (+)-tetrahydroberberrubine and (-)-tetrahydroberberrubine by chemical resolution of ( ± )-tetrahydroberberrubine. Methods: Tetrahydroberberrubine was synthesized from berberine. Both of the enantiomers were obtained through the classical resolution by using ( + ) -di-p- toluoyl-L-tartarie acid in 95 % ethanol. Results: The optical rotation value of both isomers was as same as that of the literature report. Conclusion: Both of the enantiomers were suceessfully obtained in enantio- merically pure form through chemical resolution.
