肝动脉栓塞化疗联合三维适形放疗治疗原发性肝细胞癌的疗效观察

目的评估肝动脉栓塞化疗联合三维适形放疗治疗原发性肝细胞癌的方法及近期疗效。方法 33例原发性肝癌患者经过2～3次肝动脉插管栓塞化疗4～6周后,经CT定位扫描,确定靶区,采用托能TPS治疗计划系统制定3D-CRT计划。6MV-X西门子直线加速器适形非共面多野放疗,DT60～65Gy/30～32,共5天。结果治疗后14例CR,11例PR,6例NC,1例PD,1例在治疗后1周出现黄疸,死于急性肝功能衰竭。结论三维适形放疗联合肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗原发性肝癌的近期疗效肯定。

TACE Combined Three-dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy Observation of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy of hepatic artery embolism chemotherapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods 33 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma were treated by TACE combined with radiotherapy.All patients were giver 2-3 times of the hepatic artery embolization.3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,with a total dose of 60-65 Gy in 30-32.5 fraction was given 4-6 weeks after the TACE.Results CR,PR,NC,and PD were seen in 14,11,6 and 1 patients.1 patient had jaundice 1 week after the treatment,and eventually died of acute liver failure.Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with liver artery embolization may have a promising short-term effect in the treatment of patients with primary hepatocellular cancer.
