脑干肿瘤的显微手术治疗

目的探讨脑干肿瘤手术治疗的适应证、手术技巧及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年3月至2010年3月期间在我院行显微手术治疗的17例脑干肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果 17例患者显微镜下全切除11例,次全切除4例,部分切除2例,均为星形胶质细胞瘤。术后症状明显改善13例,变化不明显2例,加重1例,死亡1例,死亡原因为术后1d脑干水肿致呼吸循环衰竭死亡。结论 MRI为脑干肿瘤诊断的首选检查方法。手术适应证和手术入路的正确选择,精准的术中操作,积极预防和处理术后并发症是提高脑干肿瘤治疗效果的关键。

Microsurgical treatment of brain stem tumor operation

Objective To explore the diagnosis of brain stem tumors,the indication and approaches of mierosurgery for them and its curative effect on them. Methods The clinical data of 17 cases of brain stem tumor, who were admitted in our hospital from March 2007 to March 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 17 patients with brain stem tumors, 11 received total resection of the tumors ,4 greatly part and 2 part, with brain stem tumors are astrocytoma. 13 cases were significantly improved in cranial nerves symptoms,2 cases were unchanged, 1 eases were deteriorated and 1 cases were died from respiratory and circulative failures. Conclusion Operation indications and operation approach to choose correctly, accurate operation, active preven- tion and treatment of postoperative complications is to improve the key to the treatment of brainstem tumor.
