| 摘 要： | 目的 研究血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与川西北地区老年脑梗死发病的相关性.方法 测定川西北地区脑梗死患者60例和对照组60例的血浆Hcy水平.结果 观察组较对照组的血浆Hcy水平明显上升,有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的叶酸浓度及维生素B12水平较对照组低(P<0.05).结论 血浆同型半胱氨酸升高与川西北地区脑梗死的发病增加相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between plasma total homocysteine and cerebral infarction occured in elder patients in the north-west part of Sichuan province. Methods Observation group were 60 older patients with cerebral infarction in north-west part of Sichuan＇s elderly people, and 60 normal older persons were selected as contral. Serum levels of homocysteine of the two group were measured. Results The level of serum homocysteine were significantly higher（ P 〈 O. 05 ） in the observation group than that in the control group. Conclusion The level of serum total homocysteine is associated with elder cerebral infarction in the north-west part of Sichuan province. |
