乳酸菌片防治小儿肺炎继发性腹泻效果研究

摘    要:目的探讨乳酸菌片防治小儿肺炎继发性腹泻效果观察。方法 2012年1月至2012年10月收治的符合入选标准小儿肺炎120例,分为常规治疗组60例,微生态治疗组60例观察小儿肺炎继发性腹泻发生率、临床疗效。结果治疗第7天微生态治疗组小儿肺炎继发性腹泻发生率23.33%,常规治疗组小儿肺炎继发性腹泻发生率63.33%;常规治疗组总有效率60.52%,微生态治疗组总有效率92.85%。结论小儿肺炎由于病儿,消化系统发育尚未成熟,疾病发生时消化道负担加剧,容易发生腹泻;肺炎时大量的气道分泌物及有害物质随患儿吞咽进入肠道,对肠道造成刺激;肺炎时由于抗生素的应用,对儿童脆弱的肠道菌群造成严重损伤,使肠道菌群失调,导致腹泻。乳酸菌片在小儿肺炎中进行微生态治疗可以显著减少、避免继发腹泻发生,促进肠道内微生态环境恢复,并且可以促进继发腹泻康复。

Abstract:Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of infantile pneumonia with lactic acid bacteria secondary diarrhea effect observation. Methods From 2012 January -2012 year in October were eligi- ble for pediatric pneumonia in 120 cases, divided into the routine treatment group 60 cases, micro ecological treatment group of 60 cases observed in pediatric pneumonia secondary to diarrhea incidence, clinical efficacy. Results The treatment of the 7 d micro ecological treatment pediatric pneumonia secondary to diarrhea inci- dence rate of 23.33%, the conventional treatment group of pediatric pneumonia secondary to diarrhea incidence rate of 63.33% ,the conventional treatment group total effective rate 60. 52% , micro ecological treatment group total effective rate 92. 85 %. Conclusion Pediatric pneumonia due to sick children, the development of the di- gestive system is not yet mature, disease occurs when the gastrointestinal burden aggravating, prone to diarrhea, pneumonia when large numbers of airway secretions and hazardous substances with children swallowing into the gut, on intestinal irritation; pneumonia due to the application of antibiotics, the children' s vulnerable intestinal flora caused serious damage, so that the imbalance of intestinal flora, resulting in diarrhea. Lactic acid bacteria in pediatric pneumonia in micro ecological treatment can significantly reduce, avoid secondary diarrhea, pro- mote intestinal microecological environment recovery, and can promote the rehabilitation of secondary diarrhea.
