辨证论治抑郁症疗效观察

目的 :观察中医辨证论治抑郁症疗效。方法 :将53例抑郁症患者随机分为2组。治疗组38例采取中医辨证施治 ;对照组15例单服三环类抗抑郁药。治疗3个月 ,采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)观察2组疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率为89 47% ;对照组总有效率为66 67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0 01)。结论 :中医辨证论治抑郁症有良好的疗效。

Observation of Curative Effects on Depression Treated with the TCM Principle of Syndrome Differentiation

Purpose: To observe the effects on treating depression based on the TCM principle of syndrome differentiation. Methods: 53 cases with depression were randomly divided into 2 groups. The 38 cases in the treatment group were treated according to the TCM principle of syndrome differentiation and the other 15 were given tricyclic antidepressants. The treatment course for the two groups lasted 3 months and observations on the curative effects were made with the help of HAMD for the two groups. Results: The effects in the treatment group was better than that in the control group with the total effective rate being 89.47% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions: Depression can be treated better by application of TCM principle of syndrome differentiation with no drug side reaction.
