综合护理干预在眼底荧光造影中的应用效果评价

目的：探讨综合护理干预措施在眼底荧光造影患者护理中的应用效果。方法：将138例行眼底荧光造影患者随机分为对照组（n=69）和观察组（n=69）,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预措施,对照分析两组患者护理前后的血压与心率变化及不良反应发生率。结果：进入检查后两组患者的血压和心率均高于护理干预前（P〈0.05）,而观察组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组胃肠道反应、神经系统反应和过敏反应的发生率为8.70%、8.70%和4.35%,明显低于对照组的27.54%、28.99%和18.84%（P〈0.05）。结论：眼底荧光造影患者实施综合护理干预措施可明显改善患者不良心理状态,降低不良反应发生率。

The effect assessment of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with fundus fluorescence angiography

Objective： To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with fundus fluorescence angiography. Methods： 138 patients with routine fundus fluorescence angiography were randomly divided into control group（ n = 69） and observation group（ n = 69）. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention measures.Psychological state before and after nursing and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results： Blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups after enter examination room were all higher than those before nursing intervention（ P 〈 0. 05）,while those of observation group were lower than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.The incidence rate of gastrointestinal reaction,nervous system reaction and anaphylaxis in observation group were8. 70%,8. 70% and 4. 35%,were significantly lower than 27. 54%,28. 99% and 18. 84% in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with fundus fluorescence angiography can significantly improve adverse psychological state,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
