神经肌肉电刺激联合肌电生物反馈治疗产后压力性尿失禁的疗效分析

目的：了解神经肌肉电刺激联合肌电生物反馈治疗对产后妇女压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法：2012年1月至2013年3月在我科就诊的产后压力性尿失禁患者168例,其中90例接受了神经肌肉电刺激联合肌电生物反馈治疗,设为治疗组,78例予盆底肌肉锻炼又称为Kegel运动,设为锻炼组。结果：治疗组及锻炼组盆底肌力均有所改善,但治疗组肌力改善情况明显优于锻炼组（P=0.01）;治疗组与锻炼组对产后压力性尿失禁的疗效有差异（P=0.000）,治疗组疗效优于锻炼组。结论：神经肌肉电刺激联合肌电生物反馈盆底肌训练是一种安全、有效的治疗女性产后压力性尿失禁的方法。

Curative effect of treating postpartum stress urinary incontinence with electrogymnastics and biofeedback

Objective： To obtain the clinical curative effect of treating postpartum stress urinary incontinence with electrogymnastics and biofeedback. Methods： As many as 168 patients were observed during January 2012 to March 2013. They were divided into two groups. One was treatment group including 90 patients treated with electrogymnastics and biofeedback; another was the exercise group including 78 patients treated with pelvic floor muscle training（ also named Kegel exercises）. Results： The two ways were both effective,but treatment group was better（ P = 0. 01）. The effects of treating postpartum stress urinary incontinence between the two groups were different and treatment group was better（ P = 0. 000）. Conclusion： It is deduced that the treatment by electrogymnastics and biofeedback is a safe and effective way to cure the postpartum stress urinary incontinence.
