院外长期护理管理对老年冠心病患者PCI术后生活质量影响的研究

目的：探讨院外长期护理对老年冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后生活质量的影响。方法：选取2011年3月至2012年3月接受PCI术的138例老年冠心病患者（年龄〉60岁）,出院时签署患者知情同意书,随机进入干预组（72例）和对照组（66例）。对照组给予常规出院指导,干预组在常规出院指导的基础上实施院外长期护理管理。出院时及12个月后均采用普适性量表SF-36和特异性量表SAQ对两组患者的生活质量进行比较。结果：12个月后干预组生活质量评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：院外长期护理可以提高老年冠心病患者PCI术后的生活质量。

Study of long-term out-hospital care management on the quality of life in the eldly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI

Objective： To explore the effect of long-term out-hospital care management on the quality of life in the eldly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI. Methods： 138 eldly coronary heart disease patients（ age 〉60y） received PCI were enrolled. All patients who have signed informed consent were randomized into the treatment group（ 72 cases） and the control group（ 66 cases）. The control group received conventional discharge instruction,and the treatment group received long-term care management besides the conventional discharge instruction. The quality of life of the two groups were compared by common instrument SF-36 and special instrument SAQ when leave hospital and after 12 months. Results： The life quality score of the treatment group were higher than that in the control group after 12 months（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Long-term out-hospital care maybe improve the quality of life in the eldly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
