乳腺癌术后经外周置入中心静脉导管病人血压测量部位选择的研究

目的：针对乳腺癌术后健侧上肢经外周置入中心静脉导管（PICC）置管病人,选择准确方便的血压测量部位。方法：选择180例乳腺癌术后健侧上肢拟行PICC置管病人,采用自身对照法于置管前1 d测量比较健侧上肢动脉血压、腘动脉血压和踝部血压值,并评估患者易接受程度。结果：患者上肢肱部血压测量与踝部血压测量在血压值和患者接受程度方面差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,上肢肱部血压和腘动脉血压在血压值和患者接受程度方面差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：乳腺癌术后健侧上肢PICC置管病人测量踝部血压具有结果准确、快速便捷的特点,并且患者易于接受,值得临床推广。

Study in regional selection of blood pressure measurement in patients with breast cancer surgery after PICC

Objective： To explore the reliable and convenient site for measurement of arterial blood pressure in breast cancer patients with peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）. Methods： One hundred and eighty pa- tients were included. The arterial blood pressure values of the upper extremity, popliteal fossa and ankle were com- pared the day before PICC. And the acceptability of region was evaluated, too. Results： There was no significant difference of blood pressure values between the upper extremity and ankle, neither of the acceptability of region （ P 〉 0.05 ）. However, There was significant difference of blood pressure values between the upper extremity and popliteal fossa, either of the acceptability of region （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The ankle blood pressure measure- ment is reliable and convenient in breast cancer patients with PICC, and it is worth of clinical application.
