| 摘 要： | 目的：评价复方倍他米松局部无针注射器注射对瘢痕疙瘩的疗效。方法：使用无针注射器对23例瘢痕疙瘩患者进行瘢痕疙瘩局部注射复方倍他米松注射液,每3周1次,3次为1个疗程,2个疗程后进行疗效判定。结果：治愈12例（占52.2%）,有效9例（39.1%）,无效2例（8.7%）,复发3例（13%）。结论：无针注射器局部注射复方倍他米松是治疗瘢痕疙瘩的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the efficacy of intralesional injection of compound betamethasone in treating keloid. Methods： Patients with keloid received intralesional injection of compound betamethasone once per three weeks in 23 cases by needle free jet injector. Three times made up a course. The symptoms were evaluated after two courses. Results： 12 cases were cured（ 52. 2%）,9 cases were effective（ 39. 1%）,2 cases were ineffective（ 8. 7%）,3 cases were relapsed（ 13%）. Conclusion： Intralesional injection of compound betamethasone is a effective way to treat keloid by needle free jet injector. |
