不同档次场所暗娼高危行为及梅毒、艾滋病感染监测

目的：探讨不同档次场所暗娼高危行为及梅毒、艾滋病感染特点,为针对不同档次场所制定干预措施提供依据。方法：以柳城县内不同档次场所中的暗娼为调查对象,采用分层整群抽样（暗娼人数≤20名）或随机抽取20名（暗娼人数〉20名）,对抽中的暗娼进行访谈调查,并进行HIV抗体及梅毒抗体检测。结果：调查的1 081名暗娼绝大部分集中于低、中档场所,文化程度初中及以下为主;中档场所以未婚及同居者、工作时间超过12个月者居多;低档场所暗娼多为工作时间〈6个月者;＂最近一次性行为时安全套使用率＂及＂最近1个月性行为中每次使用安全套率＂随场所档次升高而上升;低档场所暗娼梅毒抗体阳性率明显高于中档、高档场所,但HIV抗体阳性率差异不明显。结论：应针对不同档次暗娼的人口学特征制定相应的措施,使暗娼更深刻了解高危性行为的危害性,进而改变其高危性行为。

Monitoring high-risk behavior and syphilis,AIDS infection of FSWs among different class places

Objective： To investigate the high-risk behaviors and syphilis,HIV infection characteristics of FSWs among different class places to provide basis for making intervention measures in different places. Methods： The sex workers at different places in Liucheng County were selected as study objects,stratified cluster sampling（ the number of CSWS≤20） or random samping of 20 CSWS（ the number of CSWS 20） was carried out. The CSWS selected were interviewed and detected HIV antibody and syphilis antibody. Results： Among 1,081 CSWS who were surveyed,the majority concentrated in low ends or middle class,most of whom had primary school or junior high school education; in middle place there were most unmarried CSWS who had worked for more than 12 months; at low end places,there were most CSWS who worked less than 6 months; ＂the condom use rate in recent sexual behavior＂was increased when it shifted to high end places. Also,at high end places the rate of ＂using condom every time＂in recent last month increased. The positive rate of syphilis antibody became elavated from low end to high end places,while the positive rate of HIV antibody was similar among different places. Conclusion： The measures targeting CSWs at different levels are maded. It can help FSWs to understand the harmfulness of high risk behaviors and then to avoid high risk behaviors.
