乳腺癌首次治疗不当原因和后果分析

目的探讨乳腺癌局部切除的原因及对治疗和预后的影响.方法分析51例乳腺癌患者的临床特征,首次局部切除原因,对根治手术方式的影响.结果对乳腺肿块的重视不够,缺少乳腺癌的特异性诊断方法,术中未行冰冻切片检查是局部切除的主要原因,增加患者再次手术及其他治疗的负担.结论重视乳腺肿块的首诊诊断,对可疑乳腺癌的患者,应当在术前行针吸细胞学检查或术中冰冻检查.

The Reason and Result of Improper First Therapy of the Breast Cancer

Objective:To study the reason of local resection and its influence on therapy and prognosis.Methods: 51 patients were studied,including the clinical manifestation,the reason of local resection,and the influence on the choice of operative mode.Results: Incorrect examination to breast mass,shortage of specific methods for diagnosis,lack of examination of frozen section,are the main reasons of local section.Conclusions:We should pay more attention to the first diagnosis of breast mass.To those patients who are susceptible of cancer,we also need give aspiration cytological examination or frozen section in the course of operation.
