| 摘 要： | 随着“十五”、“十一五”以及上海市郊区5＋3＋1市级医院基本建设的加大投入，项目财务管理已成为我们代建制项目管理的重要环节之一。本文主要从建立项目财务管理体系、项目财务对投资控制的管理、项目财务管理与财务监理的结合、审计反映的问题与取得的成绩方面．对上海市级医院代建制项目财务管理模式作一探索、实践、思考。

| Abstract: | With the increasing investment of basic construction of the municipal hospital and ＂5＋3＋ 1＂ suburban hospital during ＂ 10th Five- Year Plan＂ and ＂‘lhhFive-YearPlan＇＂ , project financial nmnagement has become an important part of the ＂System of Building as an Agent＇＂ . This article mainly explore, practice and think the mode of the financial management of building munieipal hospitals as an agent, from establishing the system of project Gnancial management, the management of investment controlling by project financial management, the combination of project financial management with financial supervisor, the achievements and the problems which the auditing disclosed, etc. |
