| 摘 要： | 目的监测患者丙戊酸血药浓度,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用荧光偏振免疫法对202例癫痫患者服用丙戊酸钠进行血药浓度监测,并对结果及疗效进行分析总结。结果 74例次监测结果在有效浓度范围内,占总例次的36.6%。结论丙戊酸血药浓度个体差异大,临床用药时需个体化给药。

| Abstract: | Objective Monitoring the concentration of valproic acid in patients,supply information for clinical application.Methods The serum concentrations of valproic acid of 202 cases were determined by fluorescence olarization immunoassay.The results and therapeutic effect were studied.Results 74 of the patients were within the effective concentration range,accounting for 36.6% of total patients observed.Conclusion There were big individual differences among the drug serum concentration.It is suggested that an individual administrated scheme should be applied in clinical practice. |
