| 摘 要： | 选取上海市某区下辖21家医院在2007年至2009年间发生的医疗纠纷投诉案例作为研究样本,并重点对2009年案例在各医疗机构及其科室的分布情况进行了深入调查和统计分析,明确了不同医疗机构及科室的医疗纠纷发生特点和规律,希望对医疗纠纷管理提供理论指导和决策支持。 |

| Abstract: | Medical dispute cases in 21 hospitals of a district in Shanghai during 2007 to 2009 were selected as samples.Medical dispute cases distribution at different sectors and institutes in 2009 was typically analyzed.Characters and regular pattern of medical dispute happening at different sectors and different hospitals were discussed to give supporting of medical dispute management and decision making. |
