子宫内膜异位症患者雌、孕激素受体和Bcl-2、Bax表达的研究

摘    要:目的探讨子宫内膜异位症雌孕激素受体、细胞凋亡相关基因的表达。方法用免疫组织化学方法及图像分析技术检测雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病基因-2(Bcl-2)、Bcl相关的X蛋白(Bax)在子宫内膜异位症患者异位及在位内膜细胞中的表达情况。结果异位内膜ER、PR、Bcl-2表达明显低于在位内膜(P〈0.05),异位内膜ER、Bcl-2表达明显高于正常内膜(P〈0.05),异位内膜Bax表达明显低于正常内膜(P〈0.05),Bax在异位内膜与在位内膜表达差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论无论是增殖期还是分泌期,在位内膜ER、PR表达均高于异位内膜及正常内膜,在位内膜细胞持续低水平增殖。在位内膜及异位内膜中Bcl-2和Bax的表达均与子宫内膜周期性改变无关,不受卵巢激素调节。

Abstract:Objective To explore the expressions of oestrogen receptor (ER) , progesterone receptor (PR) and apoptosis associated genes in patients with ectopic endometriosis (EM). Methods Immunohistochemical method and image analysis were employed to semi quantify the expressions of ER, PR, Bcl-2 and Bax in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in patients with EM. Results Expressions of ER, PR and Bcl-2 in eutopic endometrium were significantly higher than those in ectopic endometrium (P 〈 0.05). While expressions of ER and Bcl-2 in ectopie endometrium were significantly higher than those in normal endometrium (P 〈 0.05) , and expression of Bax in ectopic endometrium was significantly lower than normal endometrium ( P 〈 0.05 ). No statistical differences in the expression of Bax was detected between ectopic and eutopic endometria (P 〉 O. 05). Conclusions Expressions of ER and PR in eutopic endometrium are higher 1ban those in ectopic and normal endometrium in both proliferative and secretory endometrium; which makes eutopic endometrium proliferate at a low level continuously. Expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in eutopic and ectopic endometria have no relationships with endometrial cycle.
