摘    要:介绍王开传染病医院实施绩效管理改革的新做法、经验和成效。该院改革以往只追求收入最大化的做法,新的绩效考核方案只考核床位使用率、药占比、平均住院日、百元收入消耗比和群众满意度5个关键指标。建立了以落实岗位责任、提高工作效率、改善服务质量、突出社会公益的绩效管理与考核机制,实现了科室、个人业务收入与职工工资完全脱钩的社会公益目标,较好地平衡了经济效益和社会效益的关系,解决了全成本核算体系运行中的矛盾,创新了管理机制,促进了医院全面发展。
