| Abstract: | Through analyzing the experiences of the PLA General Hospital in offering assistanee to the Western China, this paper probes into the issue of how a general hospital can achieve a win-win solution in the medical assisting programs and eomes up with some measures： to establish a comnmnication channel with mutual beliefs, to extend cooperation fields, and to constantly summarize the work for revision. |
