| 摘 要： | 厦门大学附属第一医院结合医院实际,提出＂科技兴院＂的战略方针,致力打造研究型医院。通过采取转变观念,增强医务人员科研意识和提高科研管理人员服务意识;完善科研奖励制度,加强科研激励机制;设立青年发展基金,提高科研产出能力;加强科研过程管理,保证科研项目顺利进展;建设科研公共平台,为科研人员提供保障等一系列积极的措施,逐步形成了一套符合医院科研发展的管理方法,并把科研成果及时转化为临床实践,有效地提高了医院的科研水平。
