“全预约”服务模式的探讨与实践

摘    要:介绍了厦门大学附属第一医院门诊的概况,结合医院实际,提出了“全预约”的服务模式,即除提前预约号外,收费处现场挂的专家、专科及普通号(急诊除外)均为带有具体候诊时间的号。并阐述了“全预约”服务的特点、作用,提出领导高度重视、加强宣传力度、加大对医生的激励机制等是“全预约”服务模式顺利推出和运行的前提。

Abstract:Brief status of outpatient in Affiliated the 1st Hospital to Xiamen University was introduced. Combined with the status of hospital, full reservation mode was presented. Waiting time was Reservation must he offered in Class 3-A Hospital now, This article shows the keys of setting up, improving and perfecting the reservation system. The "Full Reservation" is currently ideal process for the hospital reservation system.
